Source File Bitrate Limitations on Transcoding
PowerDVD 13 transcoding is limited to the following source file bitrates:
MPEG2 PS: bitrate higher than 25Mbps
MPEG2 TS H.264 + MPEG2 audio: bitrate higher than 11 Mbps
MPEG2 TS H.264 + AAC audio: bitrate higher than 11Mbps
WMV: bitrate higher than 11Mbps
*PowerDVD will transcode the video files above to H.264/AAC/M2TS

Cara Instal
1.Extrac File yang sudah di download Tadi
jangan lupa matikan anti virus dulu
Dan install Sampe selesai Seperti Gambar di bwah ini
2. Pencet launch Power DVD
Nanti akan Keluar Seperti Gambar Dibawah ini
3. Close aja Kalau Minta Key
4. Buka patch Dan click tombol pach Tunggu sampe selesai
kalau Patch selesai atau done pencet close
dan Buka lagi power DVD nya .. Seperti Gambar di bawah ini ,,,!!!
